    I think Morais is an outstanding manager - he's proved that in his most recent spell in South Korea.

    Sadly, if they were to appoint him, I believe he would keep them up with something to spare. He connects with the fans, speaks good English, and has a pedigree at the very highest level.

    However, I have been a Barnsley fan far too long to know that those players and managers we often mock and deride have this habit of biting us right in the arse.

    Yes. I too heartily recommend Morais. A man well thought of at Oakwell whose tenure was cruelly ended prematurely.

    Can't see anyone decent taking that job, obviously there was some truth the other week when pulis had reportedly resigned after been told no funds were available in January for players he has just had abit more time to think about it and jacked. Wednesday would be better appointing within and rebuilding in the summer try get promoted from league one.

    To be fair they have Westwood who is a good keeper bannan and Adam reach apart from that I'm struggling. Morais was **** but it wasn't all his fault we went down the football was garbage throughout the season.

    Surely Reach and bannan will leave in January given that they’re not being paid..

    I would have thought they might be able to accept breach of contract and move for free
