Would appear to be around the latest magic 8 ball suggested Covid restrictions.

Tear 4 it is looking like schools closed until the 11th of Jan at the earliest and potentially no outdoor exercise...

No outdoor exercise??! Bloody hell. That’s a new one. Is that “following the science” as well?

EU/ UK Trade Bill has been passed in Parliament. Five hundred and twenty one votes for with seventy three
against. Watched the Calendar news earlier. Featured a Whitby trawler owner. He was deriding
the UK/ EU deal with regards to the newly agreed fishing rights. Stated quite emphatically that the new agreement
puts UK trawlermen at a distinct disadvantage when compared to their EU counterparts.

So we have to hope tier 4 areas people stop at home instead of visiting tier 3 areas where there's more freedoms such as certain shops open ?

Where is the no outdoor excercise one from. Not heard that mentioned anywhere. Even in the first proper full lockdown we were allowed out for a walk. Would you be allowed in your garden?

Wow. Three quarters of the country in tier 4 but not Yorkshire. Not that we should have been because our stats don't warrant it but the Tory party aren't suppose to like us.

Its from one of the many 'leaks' about new restrictions.

    I doubt it will happen.

Wonder how that will work for me. I work in a T3 area (Wakefield/Barnsley) but live in a T4 area (Worksop) wonder if this will mean I have to remain working from home to stop me commuting from T4 to T3.

If you leak a load of **** that doesn't eventually happen it makes the stuff that does happen seem more palatable.

You can travel for work between tiers if you can't work from home.

That's kind of what I mean . Even though you live in a tier 4 area when you enter a tier three for work your under a different set of rules . B and Q may be shut where you live but where you work it's open as an example . Should you not go if you need to ? It's a farce like everything else .
As for online education what a joke . For all the billions they ve wasted ( 450 billion for this calendar year alone ) they could have given every kid a brand new laptop , newly developed software instead of Microsoft teams which doesn't work and free internet within school hours . Theres kids out there who haven't even got internet never mind a functioning laptop . Spent money on eat out to help out instead .....
