Penalty notice.

Live in Kent and my wife had a similar problem. She called in to local Asda around 07.00am on her way to work to collect cakes for mates as it was her birthday.Then on her way home from work she called in for weekly shop. Letter arrived claiming she had been parked all day with photo of her arriving at 07.00 and one leaving at 18.15. Luckily where she worked they had security gates and photos available. It took 3 letters and about 6 weeks before we received a letter telling her they were not proceeding with action. No apology! Asda didn’t want to know or help???
