    My Florence who turns one in a few weeks. My first GSP and she's brilliant. We got her just before lockdown and she really has made this whole covid nonsense bearable she's also in my profile pic too

    If we're able, Paul, we're hoping to get ourselves a new dog sometime this year (dependent on how the current situation progresses). It'll be a rescue dog, as all our dogs have been. I'll be happy.to post a photo at that time.

    Lovely mate.I wasn’t thinking about another one. Then Lockdown & Alf needed a home.he hasn’t got long, but so happy he chose me for his last bit of life.:)

    I wanted to rescue initially but had my heart set on a GSP. Submitted so many adoption enquiry forms but was always rejected as at that time I was working full time in the office before covid hit. For that reason and the fact I hadn't had a GSP before they kept rejecting me so we went down the puppy route. Never had a puppy before and it's been tough at times but she's superb now, not perfect and still lots of training needed but I wouldn't be without her.

    You’ll know when the time is right, dear pal. I know losing is hard, but it’s just life. That’s why I get the old ones nobody else wants. I can’t guarantee 15 years, so not completely selfless.x :)

    Love that! It says everything about dogs and cats for me though. The cat is primed and ready for anything, and the dog is thinking 'have a day off mate and chill out, it's our owner not the enemy' :D

    IMG_2078.JPG Our lovely Lhasa Apso Henry Bartholomew. We got him five years ago
    from a specialist dog breeder at Burton Fleming just outside Brid. She's a judge and takes
    pride in breeding the best pups that she can from the eight Lhasa's that she owns.
