I guess I'm the only one leaning towards letting the fecker drown then? I'll make up for it by helping old ladies cross the street etc for the rest of my life, but I doubt I'll be saved as I'm pretty sure you have to regret what you've done first :)

I'd save his life no question. After I've asked him for a million bucks

That joke is so old that the film question was relevant when I first heard it. Not heard it for a very long time so it's good to see an old one resurrected.

Not sure I could get a decent angle for a photo while I'd got my foot on his head :)

There's no way you could save him anyway as he wouldn't keep his mouth shut for long enough to stop himself drowning;)

Good point. Plus he'd think he could save himself by drinking bleach or something!

I'd rescue him, no problem. Then as he's laid on the floor gasping and spitting out water I'd kick him in the goolies once for every black person murdered by the police, once for every yard of wall built on the Mexican border, and once for every stupid, bigoted, insulting, and monumentally stupid utterance he's ever made

The reality is , no matter what you say, most people would not think twice about who it was. You would do what was within your capabilities to help whoever was in a life threatening situation.

Joking aside, anyone doing anything different would really have to live with the thought that they let someone die when they knew they could have done something to prevent it.

No i wouldn't stand and watch someone die, I would even try and save Abbott, Macdonald and Corby tbh, I would have to force my foot off their throats but still I would help them, I may not like them but I also respect people can have different mindsets/ opinions/ take on things, thank God we don't live in North Korea

Oooh, he said "******" (snigger, snigger).

Though I have noticed Radio 2 play a sanitized version.

On the other foot. How many lives would you save by not saving him. ;) Can think of 4 if it happened last week.

I'd ask him if he'd consider buying the Club and put me in charge; because i think he has the same level of wealth as the Owners. ;)

His response would determine whether I would ask him if he would mind holding my Boules set for a minute.
