    Did you watch the Bournemouth game, and go through all the confirmation steps?

    It's different - or can be different, with e-mail addresses - when a game is live on Sky.

    The e-mail address associated with my season ticket, and the one associated with my iFollow account, were different.

    I got an e-mail from BFC early in the week of the Bournemouth game, stating that they didn't match up, and that I needed to confirm something or other - with BFC - by the Wednesday (I think) before that match, otherwise I'd not be able to watch it.

    I did so, and had no problem. I'm guessing you'll have a similar e-mail somewhere, which you'll have needed to reply to.
