    Still can't understand why, Thomas being left footed winger. I've never seems to play left wing..
    On the right he's a one trick pony, always cut inside.
    Play him left side, get to the byline and get some crosses in..easy..

    Didn't he tear us a new one on the right for Coventry? I think he played all of that season on that side as well, driving at the opposition and his pace looked frightening. I don't think he gets to utilise his pace anywhere near as much in a 3-4-3 vs. a 4-4-2 as he's never got that space ahead of him.

    Also scored from the right against Fulham many, many moons ago. We've been through a lot since then!

    If he is going I don't think it's a great loss to the squad, I'd rather see Chaplin, Victor or the new lad on the field personally.

    To be fair he has made 50 odd appearances & played in the team where all manor of formations have been used, but despite always showing promise we are all still awaiting this promise to develop , he has shown glimpses of his pace on many occasions but unfortunately his delivery & decisions in the final third continually let him & the team down .
