If we don't get to attend a game this season and we are still under restrictions would you still buy one? This is the topic today in our WhatsApp group. On the one hand I'm loathed to part with more money for essentially nothing. On the other it's not the clubs fault at all and in want a club to go back to if we are ever going to be allowed to go back outside again.
Yeah, I would, but I hope the broken promises and half-promises aren't part of the marketing paraphernalia next time around.
Yes without doubt. Think the club has done the best it can to give us access to games so I think that deserves my continued support. To be honest even if they had done nothing I would probably still have renewed as I couldn’t stand by and do nothing to support the club through this crisis.
I certainly will , being a wrinkly the price is still a bargain with Ifollow working out at about £7 a match on this seasons prices.
Gone further than some clubs to give us access to see matches .Think we should reciprocate if funds allow. This covid situation will not get back to near normal for a long time yet .Want a football club to go back to .
Doesn't really factor into it for me as I could get them anyway, and i don't really enjoy watching ok tv much While ever I can't go I'm essentially paying for no product but supporting the club financially. I think I'll probably end up renewing if it the same price again but just wanted to gauge to thoughts of others.
Possibly but it will be very price dependant. 100% won't be buying the reserved plus though as that really hasn't been worth it for the games and the EFL have shown they can't be trusted plus bfc did themselves no favours until they came under intense pressure. The standard one though probably
If the pricing is similar to this season its a definite yes - if the pricing reverts back to Normal that will be a harder decision. I'm 3 renewals away from being 60 and I believe the club is still honouring its promise of OAP prices for those who have had a ticket continually since they put the age up so I have a financial incentive for keeping the ticket going
I'd be buying one, I think the club and it's staff have gone over and above to try and help fans since last March. I'd like to have a club and staff to come back to. I also think that the end of the restrictions are in sight and sometime, hopefully the start of next season, fans will be allowed back in
Whilst on the face of it, that seems good value, what happens when you have more than 1 season ticket in your household? For example, at the start of this season, I was still living with my parents. We each purchased a season ticket at the start of the season, but were all watching the same ifollow stream. That effectively means we were paying £7 each to watch ifollow. All that being said, I'll more than likely be renewing my season ticket.
Yes. I am missing my trips up to Oakwell but Ifollow has been brilliant in keeping the Didcot Reds in touch. I have probably seen more Barnsley games this season than at any time since the 1996/7 season. I have even paid for away games that are not covered. The season ticket has been brilliant value this season. I am pleased I upgraded to Reserve Plus as I got my free shirt. I wear it every match. CORY
Yeah I’d get one. I can afford it and want the club to survive this nightmare. I can understand anyone being short of cash not buying one though. There are many more important things in life to spend on at times like this.
Yes. But I totally understand Archey. Know several who have 2/3 in household. ST holders. Pretty sure a couple will all renew. I’d wrote this season off getting back in ground early doors. Even with the false alarm of restricted numbers. Was never a real prospect. As for Baka’s statement. I believe everything was said with best intentions. Situation changing put mockers on some of em.
