If I’m honest I did get something wrong once. From memory I think it was 1997. Mowett is a top top player.
I think Mowatt is a decent player. Not great, not crap, just decent. So in that respect I agree with others who are implying he's not good enough if the club really wants to progress. Good lad, works hard but not as brilliant as some on the bbs are suggesting. My view of course.
Think he’s the engine in midfield and judging on the price tag of the players we’ve been linked with to replace Alex , then I think money wise we are better off keeping Alex
Good solid Championship player for me, not good enough for Prem but certainly good enough for a team in top half of Championship. Also appears to be a top professional, if he leaves, I wish him all the best.
I think that’s a pretty fair assessment. My worry is that when he is replaced, we won’t be getting a player who’s better, we’ll get one who’s below Mowatts standard and hope to improve him to said standard before flogging him!
Wishful thinking. When Hourihane left he knew he was going before the Leeds game. Maybe it's just professionalism that his performances seem to be consistent?
Never said it wasn’t his/her view, my view and opinion of his/her view is that it’s harsh and without foundation. Hope this clears things up
Good luck to the lad whatever he decides How many players get bought, not fit in, get sent out on loan then come back with munk on He hasn’t hes come back and become a BFC top player Which is why I hope he will eventually resign Too many left for greener grass to end up on scrap heap so to speak But at the end of the day its money that talks
