    Already set to 1080p. It’s the bitrate that seems to be the problem.

    For some reason PoR has never had a single problem with ifollow and it's been in 4K HD every match for the last year. God knows how he gets it so good when nobody else does, I can only assume he lives in the west stand

    Too much impedance on the mic. Turn the trim down Matt, or whoever is handling the sound. It is distorting like ****.

    I swapped browser from Silk to Firefox and quality appears to be much better. Sound is like 2 tin cans and a bit of string.

    Actually, you are right the bit rate is lower tonight. I watched part of the first half on my 16 macb book screen and it was less noticeable. I then put it on the 4k 32 inch monitor I usually watch it on and its clearly a lower bit rate than normal.

    No I don't think you're making it up or that you work for ifollow I just find it quite funny how you have the best service in the UK no matter where you are.

    I actually think it's just that for some reason you don't seem able to notice when the quality is poor

    Probably depends on what size screen you are watching on and how far away you are. I thought it was ok also but on a bigger screen that I normally watch on its clearly worse quality than usual.
