If you’re going to criticise Walton for goals conceded in 6 yard box does Collins not get criticised for equaliser?

 

Personally I believe Collins was at fault for not shouting for Britain to leave the ball in the first place so it wouldn't have even been a corner. Then yes I would want a goalkeeper to be out there punching that away. However that decision could have been based on the **** referee deciding not to give our goalkeeper an ounce of protection. I don't hate Walton but I genuinely believe with a run of games Collins is the better keeper.

We only stayed up last season when we realised that Walton was the best keeper in the squad.

 

It’s sad that modern life and especially football is about the blame game,finger pointing etc.Someone makes a mistake and the knifes are out.Lots of goals in football are scored from set pieces(fact).We need to improve our defending as a team,how we do this is down to the players,coaches.In time we will get better and concede less goals(I believe)In Big Val I trust.
