I've somehow got someone on ignore. Certainly not intentionally. Trouble is I don't know how to un ignore. Help ? anyone, please.
I've blocked no-one, can't see the need to personally. If you talk to people the way you wish to be spoken to, there won't be any problems
I agree i dont think that any i blocked were comments to me directly but i didnt like how they responded to others or the content of the post. I am considering unblocking all as i may have been too hasty.
I never quite got that quote, surely you want your enemies as far away as possible? Press on their profile and press unignore . Just done it on yours.
Press on their name ( in your case Hooky feller) to the left. You will see four headings Profile page, Start a conversation, Follow and Ignore. Press Follow to re- instate.
I'd like to say I agree. However, I left this forum for a couple of years because someone made quite a personal comment towards me, at a time in my life when I was at my lowest. I'd shown no ill feeling towards them, although we rarely agreed on anything. I didn't stop posting on the forum immediately after, but that particular incident bugged me, and eventually I decided the only way to get past it, was to step away. I only came back, when I felt more comfortable in myself.
I can confirm that he's an absolutely top bloke in real life. Although he maybe deserved blocking for inexplicably emailing this to me, which I proceeded to open at work.
I've blocked myself. It's the best way I can think of to make sure I don't read the crap that I post.
Comes up with this This member limits who may view their full profile. Redstriker. Noticed when he/she posts on 'made me laugh' and other odd occasions.?
I refrained from ignoring anybody for years but one prolific poster wore me down and I wasn't really enjoying coming on here anymore. Nothing against him personally, I just couldn't face his particular brand of inane ********. I would highly recommend the function to anybody else feeling likewise.
Don't see the point, also imagine it would make threads disjointed. As others say if you don't want to engage with someone just scroll on. I enjoy reading others views even when I disagree completely it's always interesting to see others perspectives on things.
