    If this is true, then Casual Tyke had me on ignore/block which I see as a personal achievement more than anything.

    In reply to the original thread, not blocked or ignored anyone. Maybe one day but nobody has quite driven me to do it yet.

    I've only ever put one person on ignore and that was because they became a creepy stalker. I believe they don't post anymore though (or at least not under the same name if they do).

    Whilst I certainly don't disagree with the sentiment, as sad as it sounds I regard reading the BBS as a 'Leisure activity'.

    I'm always willing to accept we all have different opinions but there are 2/3 (possibly 3-4 as of late) who were either WUM's or went more into the realms of spamming the board across multiple threads then I did put them on ignore.

    I found for the sake of enjoying the board it was a big improvement.

    Nudger was one of them, he just irritated me and spoiled any enjoyment of a thread. I wouldn't name the others as they're still active.

    You tend to get posters that reply in a certain tone or wait to pounce on you. I blocked all those after a thread oddly to do with Cricket during the Ashes. I realised that this poster just wasn't going to agree with me on anything even if I said it was raining outside they would say it was sleet. I decided to block them. After that I thought why put myself through the **** of second guessing people. Anyone who I thought might be having a dig got blocked.
