    A front 3 of Schmidt Miller and Frieser would be better than the 3 strikers i have ended up with.

    I’ve only got one half decent one. Playing 4-5-1 first game at least. It’s a bit annoying you can’t play a midfielder or eve defender up top like you can in real life. Bit happier with midfield and defence but expect a lot of 2 point scores from players. Just don’t many likely to hit double figures now and again.

    I made the error of picking 2 midfield players first, so all of the good strikers were gone. I managed to get Lacazette on my 3rd pick. But my 2nd and 3rd striker are championship players at best

    To be honest almost all the good strikers had gone by the time I got my first pick at 14 and was down to Watkins at Villa would have taken lacazette as my 3rd pick but you nipped in before me. If Watkins gets injured I’m going to struggle as playing 4-5-1 has to resort to Andy Carrol as my 3rd striker and I don’t see him getting much game time

    i thought the snake draft picking system was a good idea. with an order picking of 1+32 (=33), 2+31 (=33), 15+18 (=33), 16+17 (=33) etc, etc, then in theory everyone should then have a similar balanced squad.

    it then comes down to individual player judgement and the reality of actual game luck. as we all know no-one can consistently predict football, you only have to look at man utd losing to the blunts, then scoring 9 in their next home game as recent proof of that! after all, you never see a poor bookmaker as the saying goes! :)

    i decided to go with head-head, as i thought its more likely to keep everyones interest more than a normal league. if you have a poor beginning of weekly scores in a league, then youre guaranteed to be near the bottom. whereas in a head-head, poor scores could actually win you games and even if not then the week after theres another chance to gain a win and thus keep the interest?

    thats based on my vast half season experience of playing fantasy football and been near the bottom of all my leagues and getting progressively more frustrated every week anyhow!!! :)

    I'm going to be playing without any strikers soon. A top half finish is the equivalent of Barnsley qualifying for Europe.

    I had about 5 strikers on my wishlist.
    Whem the draught wemt live amd prior to.my pick someone wpild select my next priority signing .

    Then you would be left with 30.seconds to select whoever was left.

    Beyond stressful.

    No the transactions get put in a queue - at the next transaction deadline 11am on Friday this week, it then makes the transactions so yours will either go through then or fail if another player has also requested the same player to come in.
    the transactions are processed in order so the bottom of the table is guaranteed his first pick - The person at the top of the table is last in line for the first pics if players have requested 2 changes all the first ones are done first though so you would go before the bottom players second pick - if that makes sense
