Yet to see he is anything but a waste of a shirt. Absolute babba, and consistently so. He needs to improve second season - if he’s still here and can get a game. I want to give everyone a chance but he has been woeful. I can’t recall him having a good game.
I’ve literally not seen him have a good game. Granted I’ve not seen every game he’s played, but probably at least half.
I don't want to write the lad off because at his age we were all saying Mowatt was sh^te. However, if it was a straight choice of Kane or Palmer I'd choose Palmer *every* time. Let's see how he develops but as a school report "could do better" would feature on a lot of pages
Thought he did well first half. Regularly got hold of the ball and found a team mate. Allowed mowatt license to influence the game further forward. Struggled second half
Weird. I thought he had his best game for us tonight. All about opinions. Agree in general this season though. I was hoping there would be a bit more of an impact from him.
Thought he played well in his initial substitute appearances when he got here but has looked a shadow of himself recently. Palmer should be starting for me.
I think he will come good for us.... can’t help but wonder if having Matty James in middle of the pitch might have just been enough to swing the tie in our favour tonight
It was 0-0 against Chelsea when he went off and we were probably the better team at that point, why single anyone out??? Get a grip and support him till he settles in.
Thought palmer offered more when he came on. Not having a go at anyone after tonight because it was a great all round performance but kane himself was often frustrating especially his passing.
I think you're splitting hairs, Kane obviously did a few bad passes tonight but let's just give him time to feel a part of things.
