    6. We don't have an inferiority complex and we're not going to play to try to nick a draw. Doesn't matter who we play, we're going to have a go, attack and try to win the game.

    We'll continue to progress as long as he's here. Offer him a contract extension already.

    He comes across as a guy who will always stay loyal to his players and a manager who his players well and truly believe in.

    He also seems like he wont take any **** from anyone and isnt afraid to make changes.

    VI certainly knows what he wants and expects from the players, I respect that and the fact he has shipped a few players out who have not shown the same levels of commitment or buy in to his ethos reflects that he is a hard taskmaster. It has also to be said, what a find he has been
