    Over an hour then while still on hold rang on my mobile and got straight through the poor call handler got some stick and it’s wasn’t really his fault

    It's not that I was on the phone that long, but the other week my front tooth crown came out. I rang the dentist got told it's not an emergency. I need to ring 111. Which I did. Left a message, 111 dental rang me back, telling me it's not an emergency (I Know) and to ring the dentist. Went round this vicious endless loop a couple of times, actually went to the dentist in person as it's only just down the road. Receptionist told me I still have to ring 111! Spend all day on this now! Went home rang another dentist and they gave me an appointment for two days later. Thank you! :D:D:D
