I’ve watched the reds for nearly 30 year now, a think in my time I’ve definitely been blessed to witness the ‘glory years’, we’ve had some cracking managers and players over the years too, but a think this guy, big Val is the most respected manager I’ve watched, to keep 6 strikers happy and hungry is some achievement but to also install self belief in every player who plays week in week is outstanding.........a think every player in that squad would run through a brick wall for there boss! It made me laugh today when the Ref went over to explain his decision early in the first half, he looked at him as if to say ‘don’t give me no **** son’ Long may this run continue, as much as I miss been in the grounds a love tuning in every week to see a squad running there blood to water for a man they believe in!! #InValwetrust
We don’t seem to get flustered one bit, as an opposing player we must be a nightmare to play against, we’ve 3 giants at back, 2 wing backs who will run all day, 2 cool as foook midfielders then 3 strikers who are either 7ft and built like brick walls or chase every ball down like jack Russell’s.........oh and a goalie who thinks he’s Beckenbaur
and another 11 who can replace them all and still not look out of place. We've got strength in depth, who'd have thought that a few weeks ago
Well I can forgive that - but "a" instead of "I" makes you seem a bit of a hillbilly. Or you may think it's more Martin Luther King.
