They tell me that I should be doing ten thousand steps per day. Well I'm not , I can't be arsed, thats too many visits to the fridge, don't get me wrong I love a walk but it's for pleasure not exercise. Big brother n'all that.
Strava and the os map app. Both are brilliant. I’ve beeen using Strava for 10 years for walking running and cycling. It’s free but the os app for £30 is the best £30 I’ve spent. (Other than football tickets of course!)
