    I once remember us winning a game at lunch time it think and ended up top of the league (original Div 2). then Plymouth won their game later and knicked top spot. Remember us feeling pleased at being top for all of 3 or 4 hours.

    I'm pretty sure we then played Plymouth the following game and went top outright. But that bit is hazy.

    I don't have any memory of the lunch time game but do remember us beating Plymouth to go top. Won 2-1
    Pretty sure Roger Wylde scored. Didn't occur to me at the time just how cool his name is. Outdoor fornication.

    He did, twice. One penalty. Tommy Tynan scored for Plymouth. My overwhelming memories are of how high up I felt in the West Stand upper, and how incredibly green the grass was.
