Bournemouth are fairly inconsistent at home, however do win most of their matches at the Vitality. They have lost 3 of their last 6 home league games however. Away from home, we are unbeaten in 4, winning the last 3. We haven't played Bournemouth a lot in recent history, due to us being in a higher league for the best part of the last 40 odd years. Our record there is fairly mixed, however our last victory there was in 2004. We're of course the form team. In the last 15 games, we've amassed 12 more points than Bournemouth which has seen us climb above them into the top 6. I'm hoping for a reaction to the abject performance from Wednesday. I'm going for a 1-0 win, with Morris on the score sheet.
Fear the schedule might be catching up with some of our players, while they've not had a midweek game. That alongside home advantage and the fact they need a win more than we do will make it very difficult tomorrow. More important games against Wycombe and Wednesday. 4 or 6 points from those and we're still there or thereabouts going into a needed break.
Not feeling confident of a win here, either a close defeat 2-1 or a 1-1. Here’s hoping I’m wrong and we’re celebrating an 8th win in 9 games. COYR
One or two of our lads are out on their feet. Halme might have made a difference this time, but not to be. The end of a schitt week - 3-1 to the Cherries.
I've got a bad feeling about it. We looked tired on Wednesday, and they've had a full week to prepare. I'd take a point now.
I only hope that if we ĺose it's not met by a chorus of "that's the bubble burst then" and people start to see us as a soft touch!
I think they'll probably decide they can play again, plus they've had extra rest - 2-0 Muff. Hope to fook I'm wrong.
I’m going for 2-1 to the reds. We’re in the top 6 on merit, and the 4-0 defeat was a long time ago, we’re better than we were then and have more of a goal threat. Tough game for both teams, but one we are capable of winning.
