    Second half "Willow" quotes:

"Set piece goal apart, we were absolutely magnificent" Summing up the first half
"They didn't get anywhere near us first half"
"For him to change 3 at HT says to me they know they've been torn apart" MAIN Commentator:- "but they do it regularly...." Willow "Yeah I know they do, but they NEEDED to do it today" :D:D:D:D:D
"That's the first passage they've had since the first minute" after Kane's shot saved in the 54th minute lol :)
"It's a fully deserved lead. We've played them off the park. Set play apart it's been a perfect performance" :)
"I don't want to say I told you so..." after Collins' air shot gives them a chance
"From a Bournemouth point of view it's a great game"
"They've done really well to take the lead, but apart from that we've dominated the game" Change the record mate :)
"Are you a fan of Moneyball?" "Not the way Barnsley have done it" 10 seconds before Frieser scores the equaliser :)
"Sure, it's 2-2 now, but that doesn't discount everything we've done for the last hour or so. They've got lucky with the first goal and they've got lucky here. We'll still go on and win this" :)
"It's deflected in, what can you do about that?" Reflecting on the equaliser
"There's plenty to pick between the two sides here" The score is 2-2 :)
"We don't need to make changes, we're dominating" Take a leaf out of VI's book :)
"Sure you can dominate games and still lose, I don't think that's going to happen today" The last half hours going to be good :)
"More luck tan good play" on Barnsley's two goals
"How's that a free kick? He's just trying to put his foot through his legs..." Eh
"They're certainly making a game of it this second half" on Bournemouth not getting out of their half of the pitch for nearly 10 minutes :)
"Bergovic has one save to make, but apart from that..." I think your GK's name is Begovic
"Goal they got lucky with, I think it's just hit him he put his leg up and it's gone in the far corner. It looked too precise for him to mean it to me" on Frieser's equaliser :)
"Every decision the ref is giving to Barnsley" yeah, OK
"You can't keep giving free kicks away on the edge of the box. Once in a while it'll land on a yellow shirt like it just has done" On Morris' beautiful glancing header to put us 3-2 up
"How are we in this spot, we're scratching our heads" on Barnsley leading 3-2
"They've only had 4 chances, but scored 3 goals" :)
To Willow "Where's this equaliser coming from" Willow:- "It'll come from the wide areas" with Bournemouth now hardly getting out of their half for nearly 20 minutes
"We dominated the game, I don't know if we've taken the foot off the gas or what. They've scored 2 set piece goals and I thought we were going to come out and go 3,4-1" Summarising the match

    Thanks Willow :)

Taking in to account that some people genuinely choose to switch the commentary to the ‘away team’ against us, I can’t believe how many people are blatantly streaming games and not chucking a tenner in the pot.

I doubt more than 5% of those complaining about Willo chose his words over Matt and Callum’s, so if you take all the noise on here, Facebook, and Twitter that’s load of fans streaming for free.

Be interesting to see the correlation between those who stream for free and those who complain about season ticket prices and players being sold. Also appreciate that with how awful the world has been that streaming might be a necessity for some people too.

I streamed the game and make no apologies for doing so, i,ve said before that earlier in the season i purchased 4 games via ifollow and only 2 of them were watchable, instead of slating people for streaming matches, maybe ifollow should be looking to improve the service that they provide...

If you don’t want to make any apologies then that’s fine and your prerogative. It also means that the more people who take that stance, the more the hypocritical card will get played if you then complain about the price of a match, the cost of anything at the match, and anything else. Only in my opinion of course.

The internet this weekend is literally full of Reds fans openly admitting they’ve streamed the game illegally. Including some with connections to people at the club and some who like to be super vocal about on pitch issues and those behind the scenes.

    I
I’ve been guilty of nicking a cheeky stream. But now just pay my tenner, because it’s worth it & generally dependable.
Gutted I missed this Willo chap though, sounds like comedy gold. :)

I,ve never complained about the price, i,ve complained about not being able to watch the game which is the very reason that the tenner is paid , are you suggesting that i should be just chucking my tenner in anyway?

I've given up with ifollow. It's a shocking product, riddled with faults.

I only watch us now if we're on the Red Button - even home games. So I've probably paid enough tenners over the season included in my season ticket for about 8 people to watch it illegally.

Anything over that I can't help with.

If people want to pirate the stream that's fine - but if you make that decision you have no right whatsoever to complain about what the club spends on players etc.

Not sure I referenced you and talked about fans collectively. I’m willing to guess that issues with iFollow is not the reason that the majority are streaming for free, but just like there are those that genuinely want to listen to the opposition commentary there will be those who can’t get iFollow to work.

I’ve personally not had a single issue with iFollow. And neither have any of those supporters who jump on the pre-match Zoom. It’s frustrating if it isn’t working like that for everyone.

    I
I paid yesterday. Happy to support. However iFollow first half of the season was more or less unwatchable for me. Even used alternate streams when i had a code for home games as often it didn't work either. I think there will be a higher number than your 'guess' that will be using other methods of watching due to poor quality of service at some points through the season. It has improved this last few months but not sure if it has for others. It's hard for me to see people as cheating the club when a lot of people have paid up to the club knowing the primary service they are paying for has little chance of being provided.

I think you did pretty much reference me in your first paragraph but thats by the by, my point was, you can,t just assume that everyone that streams the game is taking money out of the clubs pocket, there has been real problems with ifollow this season, i,ve seen threads on here and certainly on the facebook forums, i,ve had 2 refunds from ifollow but i would have much rather watched the games....

I know nothing about the internet or internet services ,I am a complete sixties dinosaur who struggles to send a text message but I have never had 1 problem with i"follow all season , could it be internet speeds or something of that ilk & not actually the service ? As I say before someone jumps on me, I havn"t a clue

Only that it’s fine for you take the stance on streaming that you are. I did reference you there. But was a general point at supporters as a collective as you’ll see below.

If you don’t want to make any apologies then that’s fine and your prerogative. It also means that the more people who take that stance, the more the hypocritical card will get played if you then complain about the price of a match, the cost of anything at the match, and anything else. Only in my opinion of course.

I didn’t. At the start I acknowledged that some people deliberately choose to listen to the opposition commentary. I’ve since then added that some might have issues with iFollow. Also said that with the state of the world right now that some might be streaming out of necessity. Would be naive at best though to not think a significant majority are just streaming because they don’t want to pay - which is fine, but not if you then call the club out at the same time.
