Break that transfer record (at the next opportunity obvs) and give the town and team the boost that may see us playing top flight football once more. We’ve had some quality strikers down here but usually nearing the end of their career , this kid has the raw talent and temperament we need. And he’s got to tick all the boxes for a good sell on fee. Fair enough we have our model of buy low sell high(er) but some day we need to be moving up a financial level and start dealing in millions of profits rather than hundreds of thousands. or finish that bloody bridge before next season.
There’s a nice little cottage in Wentworth free, next to my new one. he’ll have to duck through doorways, but it’ll suit him fine. Quaint & all that. I don’t think we have a black person in the village. It’s time we grew up.
