Out of interest if someone requests a refund for last seasons ticket would they not be entitied to this ?

I know people got I follow passes for home games and away if you were reserved plus member but I’ve heard of people claiming back their money through their credit card and clubs have had to refund ?

I’ve already renewed for next season and wouldn’t never do this to the club I love but just wondered how other people stand on this

Legally i don't know, I'm sure you would have a decent case. I think we will bought them knowing this could be the situation, I'm not shy of being critical of the club but I think they have dealt with this brilliantly, I hope not many feel the need to try.

I very much doubt it. Everything was clearly set out, and the pandemic wasn’t an unforseeable event.

The club have gone above and beyond, to provide as much as they can during teh last 12 months. Home and Away coverage end of last season and Home and Midweek away games to Reserved Plus members this. I can't envisage asking for any refunds during this time, especially with the way the boys are playing at the moment. Already renewed 2 STs for next season

I think you can't have access to matches through ifollow and a refund surely?

This is exactly why the club have issued codes for each game I think.

Wednesday fans having the same conversation but at least Chansiri has had the balls to issue a statement......

"I'd like to thank everyone of you fool's (mispelt Owls) who signed up and paid for a 10 year (European Dream) season ticket. It's (un)fortunate that you couldn't see us this season due to the global (tuna) pandemic. As a massive club we've tried to offset your purchases and resold the Chansiri seats at £1000 each which we as a family club will refund anyone in the qualifying OAP catagory that attends the inevitable fixture against Harrogate Town (if accompanied by both parents and grandparents).

I'd like to thank everyone for their continued support. It's fully appreciated to help fund the dross we've signed and the continued severance packages for all the manager's I've had to sack. The club is planning another needless fundraiser when for just £29.99 per month you can help us try and recover our lost points, take the EFL to court or shoot Jordan Rhodes in a A61 type drive by."

    Love you and your contributions.

    Dejon xxxxxxx

If true, it's disgusting. We all knew what we were purchasing and that we might not get into Oakwell this (or even next) season.

I was thinking about the four game flexi ticket many will have accepted. IF we went up then it’s added efforts for the club to manage demand. I wish them well.

There were two years on them I was referring to a massive increase in demand for claiming them if we go up. They’d have to do a ballot I guess.

I can't see anyone getting used out of them if we are in the Prem so would need to add on another year or two or re offer the refund.

Hold onto your hats. There's already schools not going back. Blame the pubs.

I've renewed my season ticket for next season and was suprised that it hadn't gone up from last and that's for Premier League.
I think our Club have been brilliant over this year and continuing next. Credit where due.

If yr talking about the 4 game flexi tickets Helen. There is no time limit on them and they can be used by anyone ( not just the named purchaser).

Let’s worry about people not being able to use them because the ground is full when that happens!

Yeah two years. They might have to reconsider if for some reason Oakwell is packed each week

Each to their own. But the plan was clear from the club.

I’ve received what I expected (and much more with performances). I also see the club have invested with new Contracts for Styles and Woodrow; signed Morris and also Dike on loan.

If people want to start clawing money back now - then don’t complain when we can’t afford to sign Dike and others etc.

I appreciate some might be desperate for the money - and that’s fair enough, but other than that, I don’t know why you would.
