I have always liked Dom from the outset. He is a team player and does a lot of work off the ball pulling opponents away from play. He has definitely improved this season, and you cannot say he hasn’t contributed to where we are in the league.
He's had time to settle in and feel part of the club so no surprise that he's looking a better player. A lot of players get written off far too early especially foreign players that do need time to adapt to a whole new way of life.
More like a Paul Wilkinson than a John Hendrie from the promotion year hard working not as many goals dint get the limelight
Dom has been great from day 1. I don't think we'd be doing as well as we have been if Brown had been in his position. We got millions for Jacob and bought a better and cheaper replacement. He never stops running, chips in with goals and his long throw is an asset. I hope he gets an international call up too.
Yes, credit where its due, i,ve always described frieser as no more than nuisance value, but he,s been great last few games, humble pie at the ready ,well done Dom...
Frieser’s a pretty average footballer in my opinion but he just suits us well in that he’s a great grafter & I’d imagine anyone who plays with him is happy to have him alongside them as he’ll always be available for the ball & will always back them up off the ball. If we ended up staying in the championship & lost a few of our star players he’s the type of player that would start getting criticism off of fans as he’s never likely to come up with many moments of quality.
Frieser been hitting the gym, he getting bulked up to bounce these big nugget head championship defenders off him love the lad, you can tell he is a great kid
Frieser has got a lot fitter and gained a yard of pace for it. Sometimes his touch and finishing lets him down, but it was a great finish at Bournemouth and a great cross with his weaker foot for Dike's first goal the other night
