Just one pint. A sit down pint. In a pub. With people. A pint in a pub with people. Even a pub full of people I don't like. With music I can't stand. Just one pint. Anyone fancy a pint? Pint.
9 weeks. 9 weeks and you'll be able to do that. Less than 4 weeks if you're happy having one outside. Hang in there. If you're craving the taste of hand pulled beer, get to Nailmaker Brewery in Darton, they've got all sorts on tap to takeaway and it's dirt cheap. I'm incredibly jealous living down in the Midlands not having anything like that nearby.
Pubs are missed. Hopefully hospitality get to open inside the same time non essential shops can reopen. The fight continues..... We will probably need to show proof of some sort to have a social life though as the government go back on their word.
Desperate for one. What I’d really love is a nice walk to a pub and have a steak and ale pie and a pint. Though just the pint without the substantial meal would be fine too
Just had 4 tins of lager. No substitute for a few pints in the pub socialising with friends. Just can’t wait to get back to some sort of normality
Strange comment seeing as all pubs throughout the UK are closed because of Covid. But you think it’s all down to Nicola. Haha
Mate I'm not having it that people actually like beer. I'm not talking about enjoying the fluid I'm putting down my neck, I'm on about enjoying the effects & experience. Beer is ****. Pints are good.
I miss sitting in a new pub, sampling some very dark, very strong ale and trying to convince my mates it's nice, when it actually tastes like shíte and I'm just after the effects
Follow the money. Or dont as the case maybe. Its a long way off before youll be able to sit indoors in Scotland with a pint.
That maybe the case but covid cases will dictate when social drinking will be considered safe. Nicola is not the problem but covid is.
I really am going to hate that 6 minute walk to the nail maker to moan about the live band in my ears and that awful sun in my eyes. The 36 minute walk home will be the worst.
