Ah well. Some didn't play their best but all put the effort in.
You have to lose occasionally so put it behind us and move in to the next game

Rubbish ‘well beaten’ it was case of what we didn’t do rather than them being the better team. It was down to our poor play.

The disappointing thing is we created very very little, if anything from open play.

Need to pick it up again after the break .

just can’t believe it was against these FFS

What a day to choose to have an off day. Have a rest during the break and go again next month

All runs come to an end, just sticks in my throat because of how poor we were and who we lost to.

Hopefully big Val can get them back to rights over the break.

    Fvcking Wednesday.

Poor game and we need to bounce back. We’ve got a little bit of time to recuperate and prepare now for Reading.

We should have started with Morris.

When we're losing, our boot it up front tactics send me a bit wappy.

Why not play it around a bit just to change it if it's not working? Cos we can play it nicely.

Yes if you want, I don’t mind in the slightest, even if it is more accurate than yours

    The match.

I would say it was a fairly even affair. We looked very tired and not at our best. They set up well. Ref was abysmal at some pretty critical points. Draw would have been a fair result, or Barnsley win. The decision to disallow our goal was ridiculous- the penalty wasn’t much better (first half). The penalty second half was clear cut.

They wanted it more and we weren’t willing to offer what it took to to defeat them .
Some good crosses into the box and no one there to capitalise .
We only seem to get in the box in numbers from set pieces .
Can’t knock them on this game for what they’ve done this season but they have to admit the desire we’ve seen on other games wasn’t there today , on to Reading no radio Sheff for me tonight .

Better team won today. They didn't look like a bottom 3 side. We got out battled. Credit to Darren Moore. He out thought Val today.
Bannon was the difference in that game.
Let's hope that's big Dazzer's last ever Wednesday win and the start of our nest 8 game unbeaten run.

Gutted. But after such a brilliant run, I'll cut the lads a bit of slack. A terrible mistake from Callum Styles, reminiscent of the sort we were making last season, made any comeback highly unlikely. Again, though, young Callum has been excellent this season. Everyone makes errors. Just so annoying that the day we fail to perform it's at home to Wednesday.
Get a good rest, lads, you've thoroughly earned it as far as I'm concerned.
I'll select Callum Brittain for my MOTM.

Exactly. We'll show character I'm sure, and I'd rather us have another good patch going into the end of the season.
