    Biggest one for me is underestimating the quality of the championship in the transfer window going into last season. Not so much about the players sold, but replacing them with a group that weren’t ready.

    The Stendel dismissal for me, still leaves a bad taste.It's not so much the fact that he went, but the way it happened and that statement. It was such a shame that a bloke we had all fallen in love with left in such a manner.
