Season ticket renewal question.

    I’m wondering if anyone else has renewed anyone else’s season ticket other than their own online?

    I’m trying to renew my dads with mine, was hoping I could just add another when I put mine in my basket. I thought it’d be as simple as putting in his season ticket number and paying for them both at the same time, like you do for normal match day tickets. Maybe it is and I’m missing something here.

    If anyone else has done this, or something similar could you please share how you did it with me please. :)

    You can link other people accounts to yours. I bought my dad's at the same time as mine for this season. Unfortunately, I can't remember how to do it as my family accounts have all been linked to each others for years. Hopefully someone will have done it recently and will be able to help otherwise drop Beth an email at the box office - she will see you right.

    I was wondering same. I’ve got a few people in my network on the booking site but it will only let me add the first 3 (alphabetically) into my basket when I try and renew. The one I want to renew doesn’t appear.

    So it’s possible then. I’ve got all my family members in my network too, however I couldn’t find the option to add them to my order this time around. I did it on my phone though so it might be worth trying on my laptop.

    I had Beth in mind as a last resort, I thought I’d try my luck on here first. I might end up having to bother her or a member of her team anyway. :D

    You can just link the accounts and buy the season tickets. I did that last year to get mine and Dads I don’t remember it being difficult but don’t recall exactly how I did it. You just need the patron code . This year both appeared in my account and it was ajust a case of ticking both boxes and checking out

    It’s possible and easy if you only have 3/4 in your network. If more and the some of those you want don’t appear I think it’s an email to club.

    I’ve found the contacts in my network, but because I’ve already purchased mine now the renew option has gone. So I don’t know how to add these contacts now without buying in a different seat. It looks like I’ll have to ring the club Monday after all. :D

    I’ve had a Weston-super-mare here.
