The last match I was able to go to, was Middlesbrough at home last season. Conor Chaplin fired in the winner, in a game between 2 sides who were in the bottom third of the table. I'd like to think Boro are out of play-off contention, but it's been such a weird season. They've lost 3 away games on the bounce, whereas we've one loss in 9 at home in the league. It's the 7th best home team vs the 14th best away team. We've 5 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats vs Boro at Oakwell this century, so not the worst record. Boro's form has been patchy, and their water tight defence has been very leaky of late. I fancy us to win this one, 2-0 with Morris and Dike on the scoresheet.
I know they’re all tough games, but I get the feeling this will be our toughest of the remaining games. Despite Colin talking fondly about us, he would love nothing better than to get one over us. Struggling to see a win here, but there will be goals. 2-2, or just maybe if we score first we could sneak it at 2-1
I think it'll be a very tight game, with us getting back to winning ways at home. The prize is huge, and I don't think we're going to let it slip now. The lads have looked so determined and hungry since the international break. 1-0 or 2-1 to us.
1:0 tight game nerves shredded, imagine the playoffs. You’d think we’d be the one set of fans who had gotten used to drama.
4-0 We’re due giving a side a good tonking, & we would least suspect it being against a Warnock side.
