    The closest distance between USA and Russia is 4km.

    In the middle of the Bering Strait (which separates the 2 countries by 53km at its closet points) there are 2 islands. Big Diomede (Russia) and Little Diomede (USA) which are 4km apart.

    The worlds tallest man ever was American Robert Pershing Wadlow who was 8ft 11.1 inches tall.

    They have very inflexible necks vertically. The easiest way to train a dog to sit is to wave a treat in his / her face & move it backwards over their head slowly, while saying "sit". Takes a while, but works.
