I worked for the Council and then WDH, was based in HQ next to Xscape. I couldn't think of one fan in the building but there was the odd one or two based around the district offices. At least I came home to Tarn on an evening :)

I have the featherstone branch POY of Barnsley fc in my possession. Hoyland reds took it on. years after the fev branch disbanded. The featherstone badges relate to the years McCarthy/Futcher etc, won it.
We took it on around 97/98. And award it every year. These last 2 seasons have/will made/make it difficult to present. Grand old trophy. Mowatt last year. This year ?. Hoping to somehow get a double award evening together. Would be great to invite most of the old fev branch if we can sort summat.

They have an unfair advantage when catching the ball due to the webbing between their fingers.
