    I’m 48 years old,I’ve been s Barnsley fan all my life an a season ticket holder all my working life,with age and experience I’ve learned to not get too high when we win and not too low when we lose.In Val we trust.

    When was the last time you praised a player?

    Bored tonight so I've had a quick look back to November - can't see anything! So I'd say the same back to you in reverse - you're quite happy to question players when the performance isn't there, which is fine, but they should also be praised when they perform well.

    I think if you look carefully I posted not too long ago that whatever happens this season the players deserve massive credit for the turnaround from last year. However, when a team full of football players play as badly as they did today then they deserve to be bollocked. At the end of the day it is their job and if I did my job as badly as they did today then I would also expect a bollocking from my manager
