    If he'd built Tottenham from the back like he has everywhere else he'd have won something there. It's his new identity getting down with kids that's lost him his job for me. His spell at Man Utd has made him go against what he did best.

    I don't see how, he's literally won nothing for nearly 10 years, he's deluded and I have no idea how he still gets the best jobs in European football.

    He won the title in his second spell with Chelsea then the Uefa Cup and League Cup in his season at Man Utd.

    Listen to the Tottenham fans - they couldn't wait for him to go.

    Boring, insipid football. His only tactic seemingly to hold onto a 1-0 lead - and incidentally they've thrown away more points this season from winning positions than anyone.

    Frozen out Dele. Frozen out Bale. Frozen out Alderweireld.

    He was the best coach in the world around ten years ago - but time has passed him by.

    Imo.

    Wouldn't surprise me if this does have something to do with the ESL. I think it could be a case across the "Big 6" if the staff and players don't buy into it. Klopp being one of them I think expressing his discontent about the whole idea.

    By winning I mean domestic titles and European Champions League. That's where it's all at, so the pundits keep telling us. Apart from 1 title in the last 10 years like I say. Jose aint all that, I doubt he ever was. Lived on a European win at Porto for years.

    Do you need any help with that shovel?

    By all means criticise brand of football, or how you find his personality, but Champions League wins with Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid. A Uefa Cup win with Manchester United. League titles in England in two different spells at Chelsea. Seria A. La Liga. Italian Cup. FA Cups. League Cups. The man has been a winner long after leaving Porto.

    I didn't say it wasn't. It just shows that your suggestion that he "lived on a European win at Porto for years" is nonsense

    I can see the latter, but I'm not so sure a top European club would have him at the minute.

    The Spurs job has been his "smallest" since Porto, and to get the sack from that means he's only going in one direction imo.

    He had Eric Dier at the back. You aren't going to be able to keep hold of leads with Eric Dier in defence. If he'd have addressed the defence when he took over Tottenham would be 4 points behind City in 2nd place and probably still in Europe.

    When he was at Man Utd they were the only team competing financially with City. Realistically the league should have been a 2 horse race with how much more money them two clubs were spending compared to the rest of the league.

    Instead Man Utd were 20 points plus behind them. League Cup’s & Europa Leagues might be good for Arsenal & Spurs but at Man Utd with the budget they had they should’ve been doing better.
