They weren’t robbed of poor finishing were they? It was of their own doing ( or not in this case). I don’t think anyone doubts they were the best team on the day, but they weren’t robbed.

Who’s crowing, I don’t see that saying Rotherham only had themselves to blame for poor finishing is being a bad winner. It’s why they lost

It is insincere to praise a side bereft of Quality

How many saves did Collins have to make?

We pinched the points. I couldn’t care less it’s happened to us enough times but I’d feel aggrieved if I were them and I have compassion for their plight.

Weird that we're 3 games away from the Prem then, eh?

Fair enough give them credit for playing well and losing but why do we have to hope that Rotherham stay up? They're local rivals who were gloating last season when they thought that they were replacing us in the Championship. They're the same as Donny in terms of fans who dislike us. Had some right hostility from their fans over the years down that death trap at Millmoor. Can't remember seeing the same praise for Wednesday when we beat them so don't get the love in with Rotherham.

That would be true if you praise them for their quality. However, if you praise them for their workrate and invention (as in 56% possession to our 44%;16 shots to our 7; 7 on target to our 2) then it would be anything but insincere.

To be pedantic, poor finishing would have resulted in a draw, the dubious decision in our favour resulted in the loss.

He did add it would have stood 10 years ago, not much use in that!

The relevance being what? Their strikers missed a handful of gilt-edged chances. Collins made one cracking stop at point-blank range to deny them a goal. They were much the better side.

    Not at all.

It's often the grinders who succeed in this game

The point being they huffed and puffed without troubling us.

They do this nearly every Game. Waste chances and concede from set pieces.

I hope they stay up, I always do.

But they stink of a side out of their depth.

No,I say again, they lost because they failed to take their chances. They themselves were the chief architects to their loss. Have as much compassion for them as you want, but those points were given to us not pinched

But they spurned the good opportunities to affect the result, that’s not being robbed.

I am caught in two minds because yes I think we should be gracious and acknowledge they did well, reminded me of our own team over the years, it was also very cringe how it seemed like our own fans weren't happy with winning just because they had some chances.

I think you have an empathy chip missing. You are welcome you your world view and your opinion. I will leave it at that.
