    That’s the bit I find hard to believe tbh.
    Not because I think Johnson is any good but because despite his may faults I just can’t see him or any career politician saying something like that, certainly in the presence of witnesses. Sounds like enemies trying to get their own back to me.

    It’s also unimaginable that anyone would use the phrase ‘Operation Last Gasp’ when talking to potential ventilator suppliers. But Johnson did. Infact ‘pile the bodies high ‘sounds very much like his turn of phrase.

    just to be clear here I'm not defending Johnson at all, the guy clearly is a horrible git of a buffoon, I just don't think he's quite that thick

    hey you are 'talking' to somebody who in a past life used the phrase 'dead right' while settling a death claim for somebody. Talk about embarrassment, they were actually fine about it but I felt rotten for ages!

    It’s well known between politicians, civil servants and journalists circles that he’s a liar , can’t be trusted .
    Operation last gasp from a Prime minister with a smirk on his face whilst our loved ones were desperately trying to stay alive ?
    The stench from this PM is nauseas and his journalist and political friends are starting to give him up .
    The Lady in Iran was given five years solely on his gaffs . The man is a liar it was highlighted on a bus ffs he’s not fit to to be leader of our country and as conned people along with his journalist bedfellows into a the role .
