Toughest selection for years but I had to go with Mowatt but you could make a case for so many.

I voted for Callum Brittain, it's his first season at this level and at the club. Always looking to improve, has benefited the team enormously, never drops below a 7/10 performance, has he missed a game yet ?

Mowatt... just. He’s edged it for me because he’s led the side so brilliantly on top of his footballing performances.

I’ve also gone for Helik. To be fair, I could quite easily have picked around 13 or 14 players from that list. Remarkable season.

Don't want to give someone the Hoyland reds curse. Our poy allus leaves at the end of the season.
    On second thoughts. Ritzmair. :)

Toss up between Mowatt and Helik, with a special mention for Collins. His decision making, reading of play and reliability allows us to play the way we do. He doesn't get the plaudits because it's not a flashy role but he's been near faultless and I expect any other keeper would have cost us at least a handful of extra goals.

Mowatt for me, followed by Helik and then Brittain. Honourable mention to Andersen.

I honestly think this has been the easiest one to choose for a few years.

Michal Helik has been absolutely immense this season. We've been blessed with some consistent performers this year, but none moreso than Helik in my opinion.

Special mention to Callum Brittain, who's made the step up from league 1 look effortless. Alex Mowatt has certainly been a cut above at times too. Styles in the first half of the season was particularly good. Dike and Morris have certainly been the catalyst to springboard us into the top 6.

But for me, nobody comes close to Helik. Solid 8/10 at least, week in week out.

Helik for me, his overall consistency in a vastly improved defence.

    I went for Helik too:
    1. He performed superbly in his given position.
    2. He is in the Top 5 goal scorers for us in all competitions, which is awsome for a defender.
    3. He earned his first full caps for his home country.

Neck-and-neck betwen Mowatt and Helik for me. I've gone for Helik purely because there's a (marginally) better chance of him being here next season.

Helik for me. Happy if anyone gets it. It's all a matter of opinion. For me our defensive resolve this season has been key. Grinding out 1-0's. Hence one of the defence, although I appreciate in our system every player is both "attack" and "defence" to some extent. All that matters now is the playoffs, but credit where it's due, I'll go for a man who has been towering at the back & the front. How we signed him goodness knows. Recruiters at the club need credit & Dane heads that up.
