That was for away games - for home games if you have a season ticket normally you would be guaranteed a seat for any cup or playoff games anyway I dont think it would be fair to give higher prio to RR+ for this game and I am actually an RR+ holder who would benefit
I think it was outstanding that we sold 7,500 for this season, when at the time of going on sale, we were proper in the midst of the pandemic and still had 9 games left to play of the previous season, so most will have known we were likely to be in League One, and, no idea whether fans would even be allowed in. It showed enormous loyalty, commitment and financial support when the Club was in real limbo on all fronts. I can't thank folk enough for that personally. And again, to be around the 10,000 mark for next season is incredible, when again, we still don't know whether we will have full crowds back. I mean, you'd assume it was likely, considering it looks like fans can return for these cup finals and play-off games. But, after the last 12 months I wouldn't want to hang my own hat on owt, because things can, will and often have changed at speed. I also appreciate we could be in the Prem next season, so less than £300 for a ticket (early bird) up there is cracking. I'm not involved in ticketing, but those who are - especially Beth - deserve a medal for this last year. And there was nobody more gutted than her when on numerous occasions it looked like we were about to welcome back fans only to have the rug pulled last minute. Nottingham Forest charged best part of £600 for tickets this season. If anyone has a spare afternoon, feel free to go and have a gander at the rest of the 92 clubs and see who's charged what this year, and who is charging what next season. I can't believe the cheek of some of the clubs. The one just down the road that's about to go back into League One treated their fans appallingly. I have a few mates who support that club and they have to apply and enter ballots etc just for an ifollow code, that is then deducted from the cost of their 'massive' season ticket price.
Why do they need a ballot for the i follow codes? I know the club have been really bad about issuing season ticket refunds judging by the posts on their forum.
If one were to enter the ballot & be successful, would that affect potential Wembley tickets depending on how many they allow in I wonder? Should we get there of course....
Hopefully 10th May. Will see that lifted. Last year when we were looking to get back. The EFL H&S reduced the initial 25% because of the way our concourses were set out. Not sure of the West stand criteria. They certainly haven't changed the criteria for the last 2 games in the premier. 25% up to a max of 10k based on ground capacity. And No away fans.
'cos they're gash Helen. They are applying for a ballot to NOT receive a code to watch the game, they're that bad
Any truth that if we better Bournemouth's result on Saturday then it would be unlikely that fans would be allowed in for the semi against Swansea as Wales have not yet indicated that fans will be allowed to return and it would be seen as unfair to allow us to have fans at home and them not to. So if Bournemouth are losing to stoke do we throw the game so we can definitely have fans in against Brentford?
