I didn't, gutted but not the end of the world. I am curious how many part timers/non season ticket holders will be in attendance though. well done to the successful ones.
Didn't bother applying in the end. Watching round my mates "garage bar" where I can have a few beers.
I got one, been a season ticket holder on and off for 25 years - depending on money and family commitments, I go to some away games but not many, I don't feel I deserve or not deserve a ticket - I entered a lottery and got picked - if I'd missed out I would have had the good grace to accept the decision and certainly wouldn't want anyone feeling bad that they got a ticket and I didn't. I missed our promotion game against Bradford due to being on a stag do and had to give my ticket up, I also missed our play off final game against Swansea due to being on holiday in France, such is life, and here we are.
I don’t think I will. Since I’ve not been allowed to go I’m sure we have won more games than In the last 10 years.
I've been going to Oakwell for over 60 years now only missed during the strike and this Covid epidemic but did not apply for one as I told my owd girl let these young lads or lasses go I've seen them before in a semi-final playoff (Birmingham 2000) as they may never get another chance.
You need to be a membership holder from this season and have photo ID to prove you're that person to get in.
The current result of the ballot statistically is about right. 10000 season tickets 4500 available tickets 2000 abstained 3500 unsuccessful
