going to oakwell monday with son and 2 grandkids wife classified as clinically extremely vulnerable after watching fans at wembley there'll be 1 less entry in ballot from me for wembley COYR
sorry I said i,m going to oakwell on monday ,hopefully socially distanced all game but no way would i apply for a ticket in ballot for wembley after seeing crowd at wembley this afternoon I would hope that reds fans would be better than what seen today
With all due respect to your personal situation, which I really hope a solution is found for, how do you not think we're slowly easing in? We've had a five week gap between letting two households mix in a beer garden before letting anyone sit inside in hospitality. We've had minimal test events, but the ones chosen have been on a small scale. Only 6,000 supporters from either team at Wembley today. Last minute confirmation that we can have a measly 4,500 at Oakwell, and I think even less than that at Bournemouth and just 2,000? I understand if personal circumstances demand a cautious approach, but this has been a slow and cautious exit from lockdown. The data suggests we could have opened much, much quicker which is why the 'data over dates' line gets repeated and mocked.
Speak for yourself and your own lack of hygiene. A reusable mask should be washed after every wearing and a disposable mask should be worn once and then thrown away. Neither should be touched while it's on.
Yes I'm sure everyone washes them after a single use.and obviously no one at all touches them while they are wearing them, to either pull them up,down, adjust their steamed up glasses. Must be nice to be perfect like you son
I'm sorry, you don't wash them after every use to the point where you even go as far as doubting anyone else does? OF COURSE I wash it after every use, no wonder you're calling it a 'dirty bit of cloth'. I also remove mine by using the ear ties, therefore not touching the cloth part at all and I immediately sanitise my hands using the sanitiser attached to my work lanyard. I have my mask attached to one of those string things that people use for glasses so, when I remove it, it hangs down by my chest (which no-one else is touching at work!) and then I put it back on with the ear straps again and sanitise. I figure as a librarian I can get away with using one of those and if the kids think it looks old and fuddy-duddy then so much the better
Well that's fine, keep washing them masks.if you have to wear one it makes total sense.luckily I'm self employed so I don't have someone to tell me me I must wear them.the fresh air is ,well fresh. I see the same postman , people serving in shops, dog walkers, school kids, same cars, work vans every day I saw before covid. Nothings changed apart from the news
I've managed to do that for the last 14 months and I don't consider it much of an achievement. It's easily done if you're taking the virus seriously. I'm immuno-suppressed and I care for three 80 year olds with health conditions. Don't "son" me either, it's disrespectful.
The news broadcasters fail to mention that central Bolton has a 17% Asian population of which the majority of those are not taking up the option of the vaccine but do try to point the finger at the student age group.
The tiers have repeatedly punished Bolton,Blackburn,Darwen, none of which I'm familiar with but let's just say the Asian population simply don't vote Thankyou. Beginning to think it was just me
I don't understand why grown-ass adults make sure a big fuss about wearing one. I'm not talking about people who question whether they are useful or not and I obviously understand people wanting to stop needing to wear one as soon as possible, I just mean when people act like they are melting away when they wear one. I can only assume that they haven't had to wear one for a prolonged period of time and so haven't got used to it yet. I do remember finding it uncomfortable the first couple of times I wore it briefly to a shop but after wearing it 8 hours non-stop (except for a lunch break) at work, I don't notice it.
