I don’t think they were promoted in the most convincing fashion to be honest. Part of me thinks he didn’t have the backing despite promotion. Nevermind that though. I think this is exactly the kind of club that would be looking at Val. Palace won’t be considering him at all with the size of the job needed at there this year.
Me neither. They were actually showing signs of improvement when they sacked Bilic. In fact if I remember right they drew with Man City in his last game. Thought it was strange at the time. Now they have to start again, again.
I would put money on him getting the Palace job halfway into next season if Roy's replacement has them in danger of relegation. The pint of wine guzzling grifter.
Got the reputation as fire fighter, one fire too many . I suspect a very rich fireman, life has it consolations
Chris Wilder had been linked a few weeks back, and is again. As much as I love Val, Wilder’s CV beats his every day of the week, and he’s the kind of manager West Brom will likely go for.
Good shout. I just feel that they might avoid the 'traditional British' route on their next appointment. I hope you're right though!
Hope he is right Ben, however WBA won't be the only club to come a-knocking; we can expect a full summer of it. Or rumours at the very least.
Not so sure. Their fans had had enough of long ball under pulis, and they’ve not really been playing a high press, so they’d need a lot of patience and give Ismael the time to get his style working. Doubt they’d give him that time
