Were going to have to go there and either score more than one and keep a clean sheet to get through, not beyond the realms of possibility but I just can't see it unfortunately.
Remember reading the ref as reffed 2gmes for us we won em both and i think reffed 4 for swansea dont know scores but they had 2 sent off.its a omen, weve always made the final.if morris plays well he can make things happen,he runs at em,scores, assists, gets free kicks,if mowatt plays well, if we get 1 momentum will swing in our favour.with a chance I'll settle for that.its been a great season.coyr.
I have no doubts the great Eric Winstanley would go into the game fully confident of victory, whether as a player, coach or fan. I hope the lads in red do him proud.
It's as simple as who scores first. If we get the first one, early, that's the duck broken and I think we'll go on to batter them, probably 3-0. If they score first, then it's 2-0, they'll shut up shop and look to pick us off on the break if an opportunity arises. We might get one back but will become more desperate and they'll probably nick one. God I'm excited.
I'm confident. Although possibly more hopeful confidence than brash confidence. One thing needs to happen; the players need to take to the pitch determined that this is not the last match of their season. One thing needs NOT to happen; Swansea scoring first and early. Bring it on, and do it for Eric.
