I’ve added the current odds from William Hill. Personally I’ve put a couple of quid on Italy at that price, it’s ridiculous that England are 2nd favourites. Italy have not conceded a goal for 8 games and haven’t lost a game of football since 2018 but apparently have got Half the chance of England of winning!

Gone for Italy. They've racked up a few wins and they're usually there or therabouts.

Gone for Germany. They don't look to be anything special at all. So they'll probably win it!

France - for me, their squad looks immense and well balanced.
Belgium - have had their chance, attacking wise still look good but a suspect defence.
England - see Belgium but a tad worse in every area. A potential positive is home games/fans may play a part.
Germany are another team I fancy. Dont really know why though but are always in the mix.
Italy - dark horses, but not sure they have been tested recently.

    I picked France.
Also had a bet on France to win with Mbappe as leading scorer 22/1 with skybet

Hmm. So for some inexplicable reason we don’t seem to be given much of a chance.

France are clear favourites for me. Best team, best squad & experience of winning a tournament two years ago. It’s hard to look past them

If De Bruyne and Hazard are both fit then I'll lean towards Belgium. They've got a pee easy group, have players that know how to keep the ball which is vital in tournament football and a Number 9 with a point to prove.

Incidentally, I think Lukaku to be top scorer at 15/2 is the better bet to have, with the Belgium/Lukaku double at 33s great value.

Our midfield was pretty weak for the 2018 World Cup and with the emergence of Mount, Rice, Grealish and Foden England are now much stronger However we haven’t progressed in attack and are still over reliant on Kane. Defensively pretty much as was only now more experienced. Think we will have decent tournament.

Belgium for me & if they avoid each other before the final then I would go for Germany to be runners up

Perhaps the odds are more of a reflection of the average Scotsman’s reluctance to part with cash than their chances of winning the tournament? :D

France - great squad, likely winners
Us - good squad, probably too young, crap manager. Semi finalists if we avoid group of death teams in the RO16
Belgium - good squad but they give me 90s Holland vibes - likely to be less than the some of their parts. Won't win it.
Spain - Nope, nowhere near what they used to be. May be a shock early exit.
Portugal - surprisingly great squad, mix of experience and youth, could do it. The smart bet for me.
Germany - waning superpower with a manager who is leaving after the tourney which doesn't bode well. Having said that, they're Germany so still more likely to win it than us.
Italy - decent enough, but probably don't have the necessary quality throughout the team.
Netherlands - Frank de Boer. No chance.

I think France. Their squad looks by far the best and I can’t see past that at the minute.

We did a sweepstake at work and I got Czech Republic. What a waste.

In all seriousness its a tough one to call with no clear favourite.

    France
    England
    Belgium
    Germany
    Italy
    Netherlands

Any one from those six teams will win it except England i suspect.
