So I thought I'd be adventurous and try a Chinese squid recipe. The recipe instructions just said use whole baby squid and cut into rings. So went on YouTube for a bit more advice and it turns out that you have to take the entrails and quill etc. out of all of them. Ah well if you don't try you'll never learn.
Cleaned up dog sick. Puppy's first stomach emptying post snaffling something she shouldn't have on her morning walk. Seems ok now. Porridge and chicken for tea.
Managed to get on a tennis court and play for a couple of hours for the first time in four years.... and very enjoyable to was too!
