My earliest memory is going up Blackpool Tower when I was 18 months (possibly 30 months) in a pram and it was rainy/stormy. But I don't know if this is a real memory or a fake memory taken from what people have told me. One thing that I find interesting is that both myself and my wife have different memories of the same events. I can remember going to Barrow-on-Furness for an afternoon when we were staying in the Lake District, and she can't, but she can remember what we ate for a meal when on holiday 25 years ago and I can't. Its really strange how memories work differently for different people.
Back then I just came home from School and there she was (Emma) in a Moses basket. It wasn't like today where everyone is ready months in advance. Years later you realise why when you're playing out in the back garden on a Sunday afternoon with your middle sister (Sarah) and decide to come in and the doors are locked. 9 months later your youngest sister is here
