Lateral flow aren't the tests you can order to your house (those are antigen tests, I think). They're the ones administered by professionals where you get an official confirmation email + text of your result. That was the case with the snooker, anyway - the negative result you had to show was from the NHS confirmation, not something you enter on the app.
Why? Takes 5 minutes, result in under 30. Incredibly tiny inconvenience if that's the key to getting back to Oakwell.
The lateral flow tests are the ones you order for free I think? Stick the thing up your nose and throat and provides a result in about 5 mins
Yes the lateral flow are the rapid ones used on school kids etc. Free and you can do at home. Result in 30 mins. Looks a bit complicated first time but actually is very easy to do. The PCI test is the professional and more accurate one but the lateral flow are fairly accurate
So, as my wife, daughter and I have had both vaccinations and our 2 lads are under 18, does that mean we don't have to **** about with testing?
