Honest Bob Jenrick will sort out this mess.........he's only got the best intentions for Labour voting towns.

It's not like he's being sued by the Good Law Project for political racketeering in relation to community allocated funds.

Just seen Honest Bob got the Tory party another 150k. Just so happens a Tory supporting billionaire got a housing development agreed 2 days before making the contribution.

    Flags, passports and statues remember.

On another point. Look at the boundary changes being proposed. For MP's. To make it more difficult to get the fkcresu out.

I believe that is being challenged as well in the legal case linked to the monetary equations Honest Bob implementing. Gerrymandering, corruption and racketeering, 3 of the Tory 10 commandments.

They aren't governing for the country, they are governing for them that voted Tory. Johnson is an evil man.

when you look back over the middle to recent history the vast majority of funding for projects locally came from the EU with the objective one status we had as a region....... :(

He has absolutely no redeeming qualities as a politician or a human.
A racist, sexist, homophobic, adulterous liar who has the shame of having the police called on him for domestic violence and yet there are sadly enough people with similar character traits and abhorrent beliefs that they voted for him and his party time and time again

Yes. Unfortunately the idiots were too thick to understand this and chose to take away our only lifeline and place barnsleys destiny solely into the hands of the Tories and the racists knew what it meant but didn't care

I’m surprised that when we have a government that has been in office for as long as this one has, nobody has thought to ask why there should be a need for any levelling up. IMO it’s obvious that for years the north has been overlooked in favour of the south. One nation tories eh?

It was always going to be this way but too many were tricked into thinking that they’d get a few pennies chucked their way if they voted Tory whereas they won’t even spend that on us.

I don't know what makes me more angry. That the idiots were so easily fooled when it was clear they weren't getting anything or that in the first place the brexit remain campaign didn't make any attempt to explain to voters how we had benefitted from EU funding in these parts

Agree totally, not angry now, but still confused somewhat as to why the Remain campaign (especially locally) failed to ‘ram home’ the obvious benefits we’ve had being in the EU

unbelievably never mentioned by the remain campaign is that we got more back from the EU than we ever paid in. The tories didn't want this advertising because the money we got back came to South Yorkshire, the NE and Wales in the form of funding for infrastructure projects that they didn't/wouldn't have funded.
Now south yorkshire is royally shafted because we are still in the so called "red wall" and the levelling up money (peanuts in the scheme of things but allows soundbites) is going to the new conservative MPs areas........
