    Hope Harry Kane bangs a hat trick in tomorrow and proves the doubters wrong. Probably won't happen but the service to him has been turgid so far and the criticism is laughable.

    Before the tournament I had them three down as the best three teams in Europe. I think the Italians are in the mix now but I still think they’re all better than England.

    I think we’re just unlucky with how the draws worked out. There’s other teams like Holland who could reach the last 4 without facing a decent side where as we’ll get one of the elite if we top our group

    Probably be better if we lose tomorrow for the far easier route that comes with finishing third. Kane should be dropped as he has done nothing in two games and clearly has leaving Spurs on his mind.

    Not so sure that’s true Paul. Depends on how many we lose by. If we lose by 3. Group A and group F can overtake us on goal difference. Lose by 2 it could be a tie with group A. I assume a toss of the coin in that case. Or goals for?

    Doesn’t matter as 2 groups are already complete and the 3rd place teams only have 3 points. Worst we can finish is 3rd on 4 points so we would qualify as one of the best 4 teams finishing 3rd in group.
