I think Gareth Ainsworth would be a ‘fit’ for our owners. Get’s players motivated, Instills belief, never say die attitude, commands respect from the players. I’m not saying he’d be my choice but the aforementioned are traits we would look for in a Head Coach.
I've not seen any reference to the coaching staff. Are they going with him? Re Murray - I hope not, he's been the only constant in recent seasons.
If english based then MIchael Appleton, JFH at Burton, possibly Darren Moore or Oostende manager. Whoever we get I'll accept top 6 now.
Apostolos Mantzios Nenad Bjelica Ondřej Smetana Fabio Celestini Brian Priske Marek Papszun Marinos Ouzounidis Christian Ilzer
Whoever it is will need to ideally play 3-5-2/5-3-2 otherwise we’re going to have an abundance of centre halves? Unless of course some of them leave. I’ve had money on Hannes Wolf twice before but I’m not doing it this time. That means it’ll probably be him.
Have you just picked names which are impossible to sing “red and white army” to? Smetana is an interesting choice. Be very classy music for the team to run out to
Nah, picked up and coming European managers currently in leagues that don't give them required exposure.
I'd be happy with Ainsworth, if we went for a UK coach. Nearly kept Wycombe up, with no budget & would be an ideal step up for him & he has knowledge of the league. Expect a lot of rock music in the dressing room if so... That said it may be someone we haven't heard of, if they comply with the ridiculous Brexit criteria. USA coach maybe? Or even someone from Brazil? That would start us singing again.
