    Great achievement from Karsten Warholm to break the longest standing record in men’s track in the 400m hurdles this evening. The previous record was set 4 years before he was born and he managed to do in front of a home crowd.

    Fantastic achievement we used to have a history in that event with David Hemery and Alan Pascoe. Does Jonathon Edwards now have the oldest World record on track and field?

    Men's high jump, long jump are still older records that Edwards. For the Women Flo Jo's 100m will likely never be beaten. No one gets close to it. Probably it should be stricken from the records due to suspected doping. That she died of heart complications at a very young age further concludes she didnt play fair.

    Fantastic achievement that is. Also Eilish McColgan did well to beat Paula Radcliffe's 17 year old British 5, 000 meters record as well. Well done both :)
